Armwrestling University Minimum Program

The Minimum Program runs for 12 weeks and includes the following:

💪 Personalized Training Program 

• Built around your strengths, weaknesses, goals, equipment and schedule.
• Updated every training block based on your progress and needs (one training block is usually one week ).

💬 Daily Feedback

• Short check-in after every training session.
• We'll discuss how the session went and determine how much recovery you need before your next training session.

❓ Direct Access to Me

• Every question you have will be answered in depth.
• If necessary, I'll explain concepts with examples, videos, drawings, or anything else needed to make sure you fully understand the topic. 

🎥 Video Analysis

• I review every training exercise, every table practice and every one of your tournament matches/supermatches.
• You'll receive clear feedback on what needs improvement and how to improve it, so you'll know exactly what to do next.
